AI & Institutional Strategy in Education 2025 We’re no longer just talking about adding AI tools; institutions are designing strategies around AI. 📊 Predictive analytics and generative AI are helping leaders anticipate enrolment trends, allocate budgets more precisely, and spot risk areas. 🏛️ In higher ed, more universities are forming partnerships with private learning platforms (OPMs) to scale online programmes without blowing up internal costs. 🇬🇧 In the UK, the e-learning services market is projected to grow ~17.1% CAGR from 2025 to 2030. These shifts tell me something important: AI is becoming a core strategic lever. Because when leaders let AI simply “help” (chatbots, grading, automations), they leave room on the table. But when they design around AI, where it shapes resource allocation, student pathways, operational strategy, that’s where lasting impact lives.
