When you delegate, you must accept the first and most crucial rule of delegation: accepting the fact they will do it differently than you! If the leader still tells the one who has a delegated responsibility how to do what they delegated to them - it is not delegation! It is assignment! True delegation means they will do it their way - let them do it!
