Berkshire's 2025 Summer Internship Program has officially come to a close. Over the last few months, our future leaders immersed themselves in meaningful work at our Boston headquarters—collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to high-impact projects, and gaining firsthand exposure in the real estate industry that will shape their professional journeys.
