At Daltile, we take pride in showing our appreciation for our incredible team! The fun continued throughout Customer Service Week as we celebrated the people who go above and beyond every day to deliver excellence. On Wednesday, our Operations team took on the “Exit the Vault” challenge—an exciting problem-solving activity that encouraged collaboration and creative thinking under pressure. Then on Thursday, the competition continued with “Operations: Quick Draw,” a fast-paced event designed to test communication, coordination, and teamwork. Our HR team joined in with a lively round of Plinko, where participants won sweet treats and had the chance to take home a coveted Stanley Cup! Throughout the week, our teams were treated to delicious breakfasts and meals as a small token of appreciation for their ongoing commitment and hard work.
