We had an amazing week connecting at Frontline Forum in H&R Block’s hometown of Kansas City! We brought together franchisees and field leaders from across the country for a hands-on, future-focused experience. The company paired inspiring general sessions with “roll up your sleeves” workshops and an energizing expo. The theme this year captured it perfectly: “After 70 years, our transformation is just beginning.” Throughout the week, our teams dug into how we’ll elevate the client experience, simplify operations, and innovate faster. From product discussions to practical playbooks and peer networking, the ideas and momentum were incredible. Attendees also had fun on the dance floor celebrating our 70th anniversary with a “decades party,” and making a difference through giveback events. We appreciate our attendees investing time, energy, and heart to get us ready for the season ahead.
