Hi, I'm J.R. Williams. I'm the content marketing and communications lead for CDS Global. My role is focused on the storytelling, like I'm trying to bring the story of CDS Global to life. I also serve as the volunteer coordinator for Hearst Military Might Employee Resource Group. I served 22 1/2 years in the United States Army. It's a meaningful way to stay connected to the military community and give back. The company has more than 50 years of experience with some of the world's leading brands and nonprofits. Our technology and our people combined are what helped to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients, which means we're actually helping to build lasting relationships that touch lives around the world. From exploring how AI can enhance operational insights to driving smarter, more human-centered storytelling, I focus on amplifying our mission and showcasing the innovation that's happening across teams. I'm very proud of my role for launching CDS Global's new mission vision values, and it was my responsibility to send it out to all of our colleagues and bring us all together, particularly through our town hall.
