October was a month of progress across the business. While it wasn’t our highest performance month by any means, it reflected the consistency and quality we’re proud to be known for. We’re putting the spotlight on Team MCR, who delivered some brilliant results and strengthened key client relationships. 🔸 Charlotte made two placements in her first month with us. One with a business we’ve re-established a partnership with as their growth plans resumed, and another with one of Manchester’s most exciting scaling firms, setting a strong benchmark for the standards we deliver. 🔸 Lewis supported one candidate in securing a £15k pay rise with a relocation and remote opportunity and helped another recruiter make a bold move after six years with the same company - stepping into the US market to double their earning potential. As a team, they’ve also partnered with a start-up currently undergoing significant investment. An exciting collaboration as we support their next phase of growth. While not every month is about record numbers, it’s the consistency and individual impact that continue to drive us forward. Well done for your hard work Team Manchester!
