I think these programs are shams; active duty service members aren't the only ones looking for a job. I tried to use the skills bridge program in 2023 when I was retiring from title 32, they weren't helpful. The guard had no idea about it. not even for Title 32. maybe you companies should do more research besides checking for active duty personnel if you want to help.
