World Quality Week is recognized across our industry as a reminder to pause, reflect, and challenge ourselves to “think differently.” At EdgeCore Mesa in Arizona, the team embraced that mindset through a week of connection, learning, and shared purpose. The site celebrated with T-shirt and hardhat sticker giveaways, invited everyone to sign a mission board capturing what quality means to them, and hosted dedicated trainings with several of our vendor and subcontractor partners, including EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure, Trane, Vertiv, CMS, Bombard Mechanical, and ACCO Engineered Systems. One message from our quality team resonated throughout the week: “Quality is not just about processes and tools – it’s about creating a culture that prioritizes improvement, innovation, and excellence at every level. We think differently about how we build and sustain a quality culture that drives excellence.” We’re proud of the effort, engagement, and collaboration shown by everyone onsite, and grateful for the partners and associates who helped make the week meaningful.

Love this—building a true culture of quality takes teamwork, buy-in, and consistent improvement. Great to see the whole site embracing it.
A great example of what a strong quality culture looks like in practice. Recognizing World Quality Week through connection, training, and shared purpose sends a powerful message about the standards Holder Construction upholds across its projects. The focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement—both internally and with partners—creates the kind of environment where excellence becomes the expectation rather than the exception. If your team or subcontractor partners ever need an asset-based flatbed carrier to support project logistics in Arizona or across the Western states, WHITE MOUNTAIN TRUCKING, LLC would be glad to assist.
Your message is great, sounds like an awesome week. Which activities during Quality Week made the biggest impact for everyone?
