After 7.5 years, three acquisitions, a Series A, a Series B, a few HRIS integrations and migrations, a pandemic, six successful open enrollments, roughly 10,000 “quick questions,” and so many other things, my chapter at JobNimbus has officially come to an end. This place shaped so much of who I am, not just in my career, but in life. I’ve had the privilege of helping build, rebuild, and occasionally duct-tape things together with some of the smartest, kindest, and most passionate humans I’ve ever met. It’s been real, it’s been messy, and it’s been worth every bit of it. Now it’s time for something new... I’m so excited to join the small but mighty team at Lumea as the Director of People Operations. The people, the purpose, and the energy are everything I love. It already feels like the kind of place where I can do all the things I love and have fun along the way (my favorite way to do things). Here’s to fresh starts, I-see-you-soons, amazing humans, and the kind of growth that comes from doing the hard things with heart. 💙 To everyone I’ve worked with, learned from, and grown alongside over the last 7.5 years, a heartfelt “thank you” for trusting me, challenging me, and teaching me more than you’ll ever know. Each person left a mark, and I’ll carry pieces of this chapter with me wherever I go. And, I will see you soon :)
