Thanks so much for joining us. First off, for those who may be watching right now who are looking for a job or kind of in this in this mind space, what kinds of things should they be looking for? What is renown offer as far as employee? When it comes to their employees, I think renown offers a wealth of opportunity here. OK. And how does pronoun celebrate and recognize its employees? And why do you think that's important for people to feel celebrated? Absolutely. I don't think that someone can come and do good work unless it's acknowledged and and really celebrated and they feel valued as an employee. So a couple of the more formal things that we do, we have an Everyday Amazing program, which is a recognition platform where leaders, peers, interdisciplinary partners can thank each other, congratulate each other on great work. On a project and some of those recognitions are actually tied to monetary value that an employee can can then redeem. We also celebrate top talent quarterly. So the organization recognizes A12 individuals a year that have performed great work that have that align with our mission, vision and values. And then we also celebrate and and award those people for top talent of the year. So at the end of the year we do a big celebration and really recognize the great. Work that those employees did over the course of the year. OK, if someone asked you what makes for great place to work, what would be the first thing you would say? The first thing I would say is are people. We are people first culture. So you come into this organization and you are supported. You are constantly collaborating with like minded individuals who are passionate about quality care innovation. I would say that someone would experience and again career.
