Good morning Stripe / Patrick Collison, My apologies for having to raise this in such a public forum, but after spending the past week attempting to resolve a very simple account issue, speaking with more than six support representatives, I have unfortunately no alternative. Despite being scheduled callbacks, no one has contacted me. The issue itself is straightforward: updating the email address associated with my Stripe account. I have provided every piece of verification requested, including government ID and selfies, and yet after four days the matter remains unresolved. More concerning is that after requesting escalation to a manager — and waiting more than 48 hours with no response, my support request was closed without any contact at all. I am not looking for apologies, what I respectfully request is that someone at the executive level ensures a support manager personally takes ownership of this case and remains engaged until the update is completed. Patrick, I hope customer support remains as important to Stripe as it has been in the past. I trust this situation is as concerning to you as it has been frustrating for me, and I genuinely hope this is an exception — not a new trend. Best regards, Cebert H Currie CHRM
