🚨 The AI Divide is Widening AI adoption is accelerating — but not evenly. ⚡ 30% of current U.S. jobs could be automated by 2030 ⚡ 60% of jobs will see major task-level changes due to AI ⚡ Entry-level workers (ages 22–25) have already seen a 13% decline in employment in AI-exposed roles since 2022 ⚡ Large enterprises adopt AI 2x faster than small organizations 👉 The result? Nonprofits, startups, and local communities risk being left behind. That’s why AI X Network's AI Entrepreneurship Program exists: to close the AI Divide and turn disruption into prosperity. ✨ Don’t just survive AI — thrive with it. #AI #FutureOfWork #AICrowdfunding #Prosperity #DigitalDivide #AIForGood #Innovation #CommunityImpact #AIJobs #CoalitionLogic

Over 1 billion people now use AI tools every month. That's 1 in 8 people on the planet. 🤯 And it's completely changing how we build authentic communities. I'm keynoting at Grazitti Interactive Community Refocus Conference on November 13th, talking about "Community in the Era of AI." Sneak peak of what I'll be sharing: → How community managers can leverage AI while maintaining trust and authenticity → The hybrid approach that's already winning (real case studies included) → Strategies I've used to onboard 1000+ startups into Persona's Startup program being a team of 1 :) But here's the thing - this wouldn't be a community event if I wasn't collaborating with you! I want to hear your perspectives, challenges, or open questions about AI and community building in the comments. P.S: I'll make sure to highlight you during the keynote if I use your take or question! See you in a few <3 Ed

Despite All of The Myths Around Tech Startups Being Successful Overnight, Here's Some Real Data The media loves overnight success stories. And it's even worse now with these delusional posts about startups vibe coding their way to billions in weeks But here's what the data actually shows: TIME TO PROFITABILITY: 3-4 years is typical Only 40% ever become profitable Most expect profit in 18-24 months but reality is much longer SURVIVAL RATES: 90% survive year one 69% make it to year two Only 50% reach year five Just 10% succeed long-term TIME TO LIQUIDITY EVENT: Acquisitions: 5-7 years average IPOs: 10-12 years (up from 5 years pre-2000) VC funds expect 5-10 year holds THE REAL TIMELINE: Experts recommend giving a business 7-10 years to truly succeed. The first three years? That's just finding your direction. WHY THIS MATTERS: We're drowning in narratives about AI startups that go from zero to unicorn in 18 months. But 90% of startups fail. And for those that succeed? It's measured in years, not quarters. ******************************************************************************** The trick with technology is to avoid spreading darkness at the speed of light. Curiouser.AI is re-imagining AI to amplify human intelligence, not replace it. We’re raising on WeFunder. Join us in building a more human, values-based future for AI. Your startup doesn’t need more “users”. It needs stronger links One insight that's hit me hard as a founder: Early on, we obsess over acquiring users. But if those users don't connect, creating flows and network effects, they bounce, and your startup stalls Real talk: Building strong links with your first 100 users trumps chasing 10,000. It's the foundation for retention and growth In AI/SaaS, links look like: - User-to-user: Sharing or collaborating (e.g., inviting team members). - User-to-content: Creating and sharing (e.g., AI templates or models) - User-to-system: Feedback loops where user data improves the product (e.g., AI training from interactions) Without them, you have scattered users, they try, then leave, no reason to stay From what I've seen: Runway thrives because users create videos → share → spark curiosity → new joins Notion? Teams build templates → share → outsiders clone → network expands Grow links and flows first, then scale users. In the end, it’s not how many people try your product, it’s how tightly they’re connected that keeps it alive.

Most startups fail quietly. This one became the gold standard in vertical AI. Here’s 5 Rules to Build an AI Startup That Wins Big 1️⃣ Steal from the Payroll The best ideas? Already being paid for—by humans. ↳ Find jobs people outsource (support, analysts, assistants) and automate or augment with AI. 2️⃣ Use the 3-Axis Filter All killer AI products fall into one of three buckets: ↳ Assist, Replace, or Make the Unthinkable Possible (e.g. analysing millions of docs in seconds). 3️⃣ Go Deep, Not Broad Generic tools flop. Experts build specifics. ↳ Shadow real pros. Map exact workflows. Translate each step into prompts or code. 4️⃣ Obsess Over Prompts Prompts are the product. ↳ Build 100+ evals. Iterate until you hit 97%+ accuracy. The secret? Keep going when others give up at 61%. 5️⃣ Don’t Demo—Deliver Flashy demos raise capital. Reliable tools win markets. ↳ Package like a service. Price by value. Build trust. Iterate fast. Train your users. Which rule are you applying next? 🔔 Follow Ryan Dsouza 🚀 for more content on AI, Creative Engineering, and Venture Building. ♻️ Repost to inspire your network!
