I am writing with serious disappointment regarding my returned damaged sofa (Lazy Sofa Lounge Chair with Armrests and Cup Holder, Soft and Comfortable Chenille Upholstered Recliner Chair with Adjustable Leg Rest, Drink Holders, Side Pockets, Home Living Room Rocking Chair, White), returned on 14th November 2025. (XDP Tracking ID: ZDBVFA095216 / ZDBVFA095579, as provided by Temu) Despite returning the item, I have yet to receive my refund. This delay, now over a week, is unacceptable and gives the impression Temu is avoiding its obligations. Returning a damaged product in good faith and not receiving a refund smacks of poor practice and raises concerns of fraudulent behaviour. I am utterly disappointed and appalled that a company I trusted has left me in this position. I expect my full refund immediately. Any further delay or evasion will leave me no choice but to escalate this as a formal complaint and report this as potential fraud to UK consumer protection authorities. I trust Temu will act swiftly and confirm the refund without further delay.
