I wanted to share a bit of constructive feedback about the application portal. The system currently requires sensitive information like a Social Security number and driver’s license very early in the process, before any mutual interest has been established. Many candidates are cautious about providing this data upfront for security reasons. Additionally, the application doesn’t seem to parse resumes into the form fields, which makes the process more time-consuming than most modern systems. Senior and executive-level candidates in particular tend to expect streamlined applications that auto-populate information and request sensitive data only if they advance further in the process. I’m sharing this with the hope that it’s helpful, as improving these areas could broaden your applicant pool and enhance the candidate experience.
