MONTICELLOAM recently provided a repeat client with over $108M in total bridge and working capital financing for a portfolio of three skilled nursing facilities throughout Florida covering over 500 licensed beds.

MONTICELLOAM Closes $28M for Wisconsin Seniors Housing Properties

MONTICELLOAM, along with a firm affiliate, financed a $28M senior bridge loan for the refinance of two assisted living communities in Wisconsin.

Senior Managing Director Karina Davydov originated the financing for the Midwest-based operator.
