This quarter: Market development funds, new certifications, resources for SaaS platforms and App partners, and more.


Market development funds 

Verified Partners in the Technology, Services, or Apps tracks and Premier Partners in the SaaS Platforms track are eligible to apply for market development funds (MDF) to reimburse the costs of co-marketing activities that drive visibility, customer engagement, or sales growth.

Examples of these activities include joint webinars, co-branded content, promotional campaigns, and marketing collateral that showcase Stripe-integrated solutions. Learn more.

This is an annual program. The last day to request MDF is November 14, 2025, and the final day to submit a claim is December 15, 2025. For questions, reach out to your Partner Development Manager or contact Stripe partner support. Get started under the Marketing tab in the partner portal.


What's new?

New Professional Billing and Payments Architect certifications 

We’ve expanded our certifications. The Professional Billing Architect Certification is designed for business leaders implementing sophisticated subscription models and invoicing systems. The Professional Payments Architect Certification launching on September 15 will be our premier certification for experts designing global, resilient payment processing solutions. App partners and developers

In July, we shared new features that enhance your ability to build more useful apps, including top user requests and improvements for app discovery on the Stripe Dashboard. Watch the recording.

You can now onboard users to your app using our new onboarding UI components, available in public preview. Update your app to help users get started quickly.
