I recently dined at Hard Rock Cafe in San Antonio, and it was a disappointing experience. Right from the start, we were seated under an AC unit that was leaking water onto our table, our food, and even onto us. I managed to get the manager's attention, hoping for a quick fix or, at the very least, an apology. Instead, the best they could offer was a measly $5 chocolate fudge dessert. It felt dismissive and unprofessional given the circumstances. I wasn't alone in my frustration; other diners around us chimed in to share similar complaints. One couple reported receiving cold food, and another group expressed their dismay over service delays that dragged on much too long. The ambiance was great, but the service felt lacking. With so many dining options in San Antonio, I expected better from such a well-known brand. Overall, my experience was far from what I imagined. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

We enjoyed celebrating family birthdays at the Hard Rock Cafe! Something different for a local. Pricing for food was typical for any other chain. I did think that the drinks were overpriced. Food quality was good and everyone enjoyed their dish. Our server Janette was great and very attentive!

Food took forever and did not come out at the same time. It was 25 minutes from first plate to last plate being served. We were there to celebrate a birthday and were very disappointed. Very unorganized.

Family and I went to celebrate a birthday dinner. Over all we had 15 guest. We made a reservation in hopes of being able to sit all together and enjoy each others company. Our party was split in two, with 8 guest at each table. With a good distance between the tables so everyone couldn’t mingle with one another. Other than this everything else was okay.

Just felt the restaurant a bit worm yesterday, we were downstairs, I got a reserved table, which no one knows why it’s called reserved since you take the first they see when you get there, just the unique thing that made my grade to be 50% is that we asked to move to another table, cause they did put us in a corner right next to the stair, and we got a no, no possible to change… if nobody can choose a table, why I could not move? There is no specific reservation… or there is? Otherwise next time I’ll say, I want the table number X, but I do not see it as an option. Besides that, a good night.
