Why do they have this?
Hoped to book dining, explore options during our stay, actually was hoping to do SOMETHING. However it does absolutely nothing. Can’t do anything but show we have a reservation. It just ends up with a white box and error message. We arrive in a week and have no access. Their previous app was much better. Unfortunate that they changed.I would select zero stars if that was an option

Just got back from the Hard Rock Riviera Maya, and wow, the new app is next-level! That interactive map is a game-changer—no more getting lost! And being able to pre-order room service and have it ready for us was the coolest thing. We got to jump right into relaxing. The app made it so easy to see all the shows and activities, too. Seriously, they've made the perfect app for a perfect vacation

Buggy and not functional

This app is not functional. It’s pretty but it can’t do basic things. I like many others cannot do the pre-check in. I’m able to take a picture of my passport but the process stalls at the weird liveliness check. No oval appears and you cannot more forward in the process. I reinstalled the app, ask ai for help, and sought advice from the Facebook page. The impact is I cannot schedule any reservations for my stay. This is not a value-added tool.

Currently not able to go through the steps of the pre check-in process. I am trying to upload a picture of my passport under the “guest information” section of pre check-in, and it will not open up my camera or my camera roll so I can upload the passport picture. I am trying to book dinner reservations through the app and it does not look like I will be able to do so until the app lets me upload the rightful information
