World Diabetes Day may have passed, but the conversation it sparked is far from over. This year, the International Diabetes Federation challenged us all to know more and do more for diabetes at work. For millions, managing diabetes on the job can feel like clocking in twice — balancing deadlines, blood sugars, and the weight of stigma that still lingers in many workplaces. We’re throwing it back to earlier this year, when we explored this very topic in an episode of Community Table — diving into the invisible labor, the fear of being misunderstood, and how change begins when those stories are heard. 🎥 Watch the episode — a conversation that reminds us thriving with diabetes shouldn’t depend on your workplace understanding it: https://bit.ly/497mSrw #WorldDiabetesDay #DiabetesAtWork #BeyondType1 #CommunityTable #HealthEquity #GoBeyond
