In observance of World Mental Health Day, we hosted a Mental Wellness Initiative - a day dedicated to mental health, connection, and self-care. 💙   Facilitated by Vijay Josyula, Master Trainer and Leadership Facilitator, the session encouraged teams to pause, reflect, and adopt practical tools that support emotional resilience and everyday wellbeing.   The initiative aimed to: ✔️ Normalize mental health conversations and reduce stigma ✔️ Foster connection through peer sharing and empathetic listening ✔️ Make “Are you okay?” a meaningful, everyday practice   Our interactive wellness booths added another layer of engagement — featuring gratitude reflections, calming toolkits, and hands-on self-care activities.   At Flutter Entertainment, we remain committed to nurturing a workplace where wellbeing, inclusion, and care go hand in hand. ✨ #WorldMentalHealthDay #LifeAtFlutter #ChangingTheGame #FlutterEntertainmentIndia
