We recently brought together our talented Colombian Trading team from Gaming Innovation Group for a highly successful five-day seminar in the vibrant city of Medellín. Led by Laurent Bedout, our very own Sportsbook Trading Director, the workshop delivered an intensive 4.5 days of shared expertise, knowledge exchange and targeted training designed to strengthen our global trading operations. To deepen collaboration and work side-by-side with our Medellín colleagues, Laurent was joined by Trading Managers Maxence Mairesse and Morgan Levistre, ensuring our teams received direct, hands-on support and alignment with our global standards. But at GiG, success is built on more than performance metrics. This gathering was a strategic investment in our people—reinforcing connection, strengthening team identity, and ensuring our remote talent feels just as valued and integrated as any team across our global organisation. A huge thank you to our dedicated team members — Juan José Navarro Flórez, Cinthia Galvis, Valentina Gutierrez Carmona (Sports Traders), and Melissa Calle (Sports Analyst) — for their outstanding commitment, energy and professionalism throughout the seminar. And because well-being is a core pillar of who we are, we balanced the high-intensity sessions with a dedicated half-day for the team to explore the city together, strengthening bonds beyond the office. Reboot: Man, Mind, and Machines - a month celebrating International Men’s Day 2025 On November 19, we mark International Men’s Day, this year under the theme “Celebrating Men and Boys”. Throughout this month, we’re launching “Reboot: Man, Mind, and Machines”, a series of weekly communications continuing the conversations we began during International Women’s Day and Pride Month, highlighting wellbeing, inclusion, and growth across GiG. At #GiG, we are proud of doing our very best to create a workplace where everyone can thrive. A people-first culture where balance, respect, and well-being are central. With over 70% of our workforce identifying as men, we understand the daily challenges they face alongside their female and non-binary colleagues, and we recognise the importance of focusing on mental health, stress management, and open dialogue. Throughout the year, we’ve worked to promote an environment that prioritises emotional well-being and encourages conversations that matter, addressing topics such as stress management and burnout. As a family-forward company, we continue to support all GiGsters through parental and paternity leave, marriage leave, adoption and IVF leave, Me-time day, extra paid days for life events, a wellbeing allowance, and the right to disconnect - reinforcing our focus on both personal and professional wellbeing. This month, we also invite everyone to share and reflect on what more we can do to improve the #GiGster experience. International Men’s Day is an opportunity to look inward, listen, and act on what needs to be improved. By celebrating men and boys, we reaffirm our belief that inclusion, care, and awareness strengthen our people and our culture.

The first half of the year marked an exciting chapter in our journey, with the opening of our brand-new office in #Madrid, right in the heart of the city. Designed to spark innovation and collaboration, our Atocha ‘gold’ has quickly become a creative playground for our teams. The renovation took time, but the result was well worth the effort. 🌟 And just this month, we celebrated another big moment: the renovation of our #Malta headquarters in St. Julian’s. Overlooking the stunning St. George’s Bay, our teams are now connected across Level 4 and 5, with three balconies, two kitchen areas, and plenty of room to thrive. An excellent week at SBC Lisbon for the GiG team. Without doubt, we were certainly up there with the most premium meeting facilities at the show, and they were put to great use in what was a truly packed week. We kicked off with the legends charity football event on Monday, before diving into a packed schedule of meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday, capped off with dinners at two of Lisbon’s most exclusive restaurants, with new and old friends alike. It makes the job easier, and more enjoyable, when you’re surrounded by a great team and backed by industry-leading products.
