Just wanted to share some pictures from my recent visit to the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc. (PMHA). This was a truly nostalgic experience for me, as I was here 10 years ago as a student, and now I return as a working professional! I even kept my old Associate Member ID, and now I'm proud to be a Life Member! I look forward to seeing where this journey takes me. I'm eager to expand my mental health advocacy, and I know that by working with PMHA, we can effectively take this mission forward. A special thanks to Victor for touring me around and taking these great photos. I truly appreciate your help. 💚 #yourmentalhealthmatters

A huge thank you to Converge ICT Solutions Inc. for joining our #LightUpBlueforMentalHealthe campaign! You brought glimmers all around—spreading hope, compassion, and awareness in every corner. Let’s keep this spirit alive and shine even brighter together next year! #LightUpBlue2025 #PMHA #LightUpBlueforMentalHealth #WorldMentalHealthDay
This #WorldMentalHealthDay, Converge reaffirms its commitment to a workplace culture where well-being flows through breath, balance, and belonging. This October, we’re rolling out a series of activities that empower both mind and body — including a webinar on mental health awareness; a face-to-face session on stress management; and a hybrid mental health first aid training. These initiatives are complemented by fitness sessions, energy healing, and dance classes, all fostering mindfulness, movement, and connection. We are also joining the global observance — which this year calls attention to mental health in humanitarian emergencies — by wearing blue today, symbolizing unity and support for mental health awareness. We stand with the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc. in the #LightUpBlueForMentalHealth campaign to promote understanding, compassion, and collective action for mental well-being. At Converge, whether in times of calm or crisis, every mindful breath, shared laugh, and act of care makes us stronger together. #LeaveNoOneBehind #ConvergeTayo
