  • When a woman in an abusive relationship needs help but can't leave a digital trace, where does she turn? For 43,000 women across 172 countries, the answer is Sophia, a chatbot built by Spring ACT that helps survivors gather evidence safely and find local support, without alerting their abuser. Spring ACT – Action. Compassion. Technology. is one of 30 organizations we just selected for our inaugural AI Impact Scaling Program cohort. These aren't ideas. They're interventions that already work. Emergency Medicine Kenya Foundation's ambulance dispatch system serving 6.2 million people. Sevamob NGO 's healthcare platform conducting 72,000 patient consultations monthly in India. Hasar Organization's AI tool guiding Iraqi cities to plant the right trees in the right places to fight deadly urban heat. What they share: years of field tested impact, and the potential to reach millions more with the right support. This is why we're evolving from a matching platform to an AI-enablement ecosystem. These organizations need pro-bono matching, but also infrastructure support, strategic guidance, and connections to scale. We're co-creating this pilot alongside them, learning what it takes to multiply proven interventions. Want to help 30 organizations scale solutions that are already saving lives? Let's talk about how your teams' talent, AI expertise, or network can accelerate their impact.

  • For five years, we matched social impact organizations with pro bono tech partners. It worked. Over 2,000 organizations found the technology support they needed. But matching has limits. A match creates a connection. It answers one question: who can build this? Then the project ends, and the organization is on its own again. We kept watching brilliant solutions stall after launch. Not because the technology failed. Because scaling AI requires more than code. So we evolved from matching to ecosystem. Instead of asking "who can build this?" we now ask: what does this organization need to reach 10x more people and sustain that growth? The answer is never just a tech partner. It's technical infrastructure. Data readiness. Security frameworks that protect beneficiaries. Operational blueprints for sustainable deployment. Plus mentorship, community, demo days, and investor connections. And it's not just us providing this support. Scaling social change takes four forces united by one mission: • Social Impact Organizations with proven solutions • Tech partners turning expertise into exponential impact • Ecosystem partners providing specialized resources • And funders investing in multiplication, not experiments. Together, we're building the infrastructure for scaled social change.

  • A child's future shouldn't depend on a broken Excel sheet. And 100 million people with disabilities deserve a digital voice. These are the human challenges we are solving, not just statistics. We are proud to announce our partnership with Colt Technology Services, uniting to speed up the spread of technology and power high-impact digital projects across Europe, the UK, USA, India and Kenya. • Two days left to start building financial stability at scale ‼️ Here's what stops people from financial stability: not lack of motivation, but lack of access. "I see more and more people who are ready to change their financial lives but can't always get a coach right away. This project matters because it helps us show up for them in that moment, with clear information, next steps they can actually take, and support that doesn't stop at 5 p.m." Jennifer Wolford, Chief Innovation Officer at Operation HOPE, sees the gap every day. Thousands of people need financial coaching. Not enough coaches exist to serve them. Wait times grow. Opportunities slip away. Lives stay stuck. So Operation HOPE is building an AI financial coaching assistant that securely reviews credit reports, explains information in everyday language, flags possible fraud, and offers personalized steps clients can take right now to improve their financial health. Available 24/7, whether someone has a human coach or not. This is how you open doors to stability and dignity for entire communities. By giving people trusted financial guidance exactly when they need it. This Wednesday, November 19th, Operation HOPE will be one of 27 organizations at our Economic Opportunity Matching Day. Two 90 minute sessions. Projects scoped and ready to build. Your team's expertise can help serve thousands more people, reduce bottlenecks, and move clients faster toward financial stability. Your code doesn't just improve credit scores. It creates prosperity pathways that break cycles of poverty. This is your moment to show up 🙌 Register now: https://lnkd.in/dmyN3hUK

  • "When women have access to their own data, they gain not just clarity, but real power; the kind that turns information into opportunity and ideas into sustainable growth." María Fernanda Hernández Nivar, Partnerships Manager at Agora Partnerships, knows exactly what's at stake. Her organization created Colmena, a platform where women entrepreneurs across Latin America track their businesses in one secure place. Then they built Necta, an AI companion that transforms that data into personalized insights women can actually use to grow. This is what happens when tech meets mission at the right moment. Women entrepreneurs get full visibility over their business accountability. They can anticipate risks, plan confidently, seize opportunities backed by clarity. But here's the thing: projects like Necta exist across our Economic Opportunity Matching Day on November 19th, and they need your expertise to reach scale. In two 90 minute sessions, you'll meet 27 organizations building microfinance platforms, job matching systems, and entrepreneur support tools for underserved communities. These aren't hypothetical projects. They're scoped, ready to build, waiting for teams who understand that your code can connect 10,000 people to financial services or create prosperity pathways that break cycles of poverty. Become a co-creator of economic transformation and register: https://lnkd.in/dmyN3hUK

  • Hey changemakers, Everyone's talking about AI. But if you're running a nonprofit, you're probably asking: Where do I even start? Here's the reality: 85% of nonprofits want to use AI, but only 24% have a strategy. Many waste time and budget on the wrong tools. That's why we partnered with Hugging Face (the world's largest open-source AI platform) to build The Open Source AI Guide. No jargon. No six-figure budgets. This guide was shaped by insights from organizations in our AI for Changemakers Accelerator - teams that have been testing and building responsible AI solutions on the ground. Just practical answers to questions you're actually asking: ✅ "Is this safe with sensitive data?" ✅ "What's actually free?" ✅ "Which tool should I trust?" Imagine an education nonprofit that needs to translate materials into five languages. Commercial quote: $15K. Using open-source tools from this guide: a fraction of that cost. The guide is built by people who've been there - for people changing the world. It helps you navigate open AI models built by practitioners, so you can stop wasting months and start building impact.

  • "We have access to food, but we don't really use those products well in our diets." This is what mothers in rural Ecuador told Andrea Romo Pérez, founder of ADHA Foundation. Knowledge gaps were turning available nutrition into chronic malnutrition for children under five. Andrea's team had already proven their nutrition guidance worked. But reaching every family? Impossible. Until AI changed everything. With our ecosystem's support, ADHA partnered with Streaver to build Manka, an AI chatbot on WhatsApp. Mothers now text the platform they already use daily, getting instant nutrition guidance in their language, using ingredients from their own gardens. "It's really nice to have moms telling us what their problems are and co-creating solutions," Andrea shares. Technology shaped by communities, for communities. Streaver's pro bono team understood that every day matters when children's brain development is at stake. Our ecosystem provided strategy, implementation support, and a community committed to scaling what works. This is impact multiplication. Not reinventing solutions, but amplifying what already works. Meeting families where they are, with knowledge that transforms available food into thriving children. Watch how ADHA and Manka are rewriting Ecuador's nutrition story, one WhatsApp message at a time. Whether you're a changemaker with proven solutions or a tech team ready to drive real impact, join our ecosystem. Together, we scale what works.

  • A farmer in Peru can't predict crop prices, losing 40% of potential income to middlemen. A refugee in Estonia waits months for cash assistance due to manual document processing. A young entrepreneur in Nigeria gets generic business advice that doesn't fit her market. These aren't hypotheticals. These are real challenges that 24 organizations are solving with AI right now. Each has completed our intensive 6-week AI bootcamp, been carefully vetted, and developed actionable AI strategies with expert mentors. The math is real: • 20 hours coding HackYourFuture's AI curriculum = 1,000+ refugees learning market-ready tech skills • 3 sprints on Bridges to Prosperity's site identification AI = connecting 50,000 isolated communities to markets • One algorithm for Fundación Paraguaya = personalized poverty solutions for 100,000 families These organizations have spent years building trust in communities. They understand local contexts. They've designed the solutions. They just need you to write the code. 📅 November 19 | 10 AM or 5 PM CET 90 minutes to find your next sprint that breaks poverty cycles.
