i am running debian on google vmare

and i'm facing some instability debian freezing without a reason. Not able to ssh to the machine or use www, but network is up. I need to stop and resume the vmare in google cloud to start it.
on the machine: openvpn server - running without issues MariaDB Started MariaDB 10.5.26 database server. apache2 2.4
what i notice is runnig apache2 and mariaDB togethet is causing the freez, when i turn them down system is stable for a long time. Running the apache2 + MariaDB to host wordpress site is killing the machine in 2-3 days.
I notice strange /var/log behaviour casued by improper logging configuration - but i am not sure how to solve it.

I can't see any error in the daemon.log, dmesg etc. The instance is not overloaded cpu/mem/disk not sure what to do more
