We’ve been true to that purpose since brothers Henry and Richard Bloch founded our company in 1955. Since then, we’ve prepared approximately 800 million tax returns and grown to have approximately 12,000 offices throughout the United States and around the world. We had an amazing week connecting at Frontline Forum in H&R Block’s hometown of Kansas City! We brought together franchisees and field leaders from across the country for a hands-on, future-focused experience. The company paired inspiring general sessions with “roll up your sleeves” workshops and an energizing expo. The theme this year captured it perfectly: “After 70 years, our transformation is just beginning.” Throughout the week, our teams dug into how we’ll elevate the client experience, simplify operations, and innovate faster. From product discussions to practical playbooks and peer networking, the ideas and momentum were incredible. Attendees also had fun on the dance floor celebrating our 70th anniversary with a “decades party,” and making a difference through giveback events. We appreciate our attendees investing time, energy, and heart to get us ready for the season ahead. What a day with so many inspiring leaders at the The Female Quotient AI Summit. FQ continues to harness this amazing community to foster progress and collaboration. FQ brought together the architects and visionary leaders shaping tomorrow's technology. Loved taking the stage with Kristen O'Hara to chat about H&R Block’s AI journey. By positioning AI as a positive force, slowing down to speed up and embracing the reality of resistance, we spearheaded a four week bootcamp that resulted in a 24% increase in our tools! By embracing the wisdom of teaching when met with resistance we are making an impact. I’m also bullish on the work we are doing to leverage AI to mine insights and create local content at scale. For a brand with 9,000 retail locations across every corner of America that’s a big opportunity. It was great to be with so many thought leaders and creatives in person. The best ideas happen when we share perspectives and create meaningful impact together. The connections were impactful.
