We’re grateful for the opportunity to support the next generation of builders at the ASC Region 2 Student Competition in Greenville, SC. Holder sponsored and judged the commercial competition this year, where eight incredibly talented schools competed. Virginia Tech earned first place, the University of Florida took second, Auburn University placed third, and the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez received Best Presentation. It’s inspiring to see so many bright minds shaping the future of our industry, and we’re proud to play a small part in their journey.

World Quality Week is recognized across our industry as a reminder to pause, reflect, and challenge ourselves to “think differently.” At EdgeCore Mesa in Arizona, the team embraced that mindset through a week of connection, learning, and shared purpose. The site celebrated with T-shirt and hardhat sticker giveaways, invited everyone to sign a mission board capturing what quality means to them, and hosted dedicated trainings with several of our vendor and subcontractor partners, including EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure, Trane, Vertiv, CMS, Bombard Mechanical, and ACCO Engineered Systems. One message from our quality team resonated throughout the week: “Quality is not just about processes and tools – it’s about creating a culture that prioritizes improvement, innovation, and excellence at every level. We think differently about how we build and sustain a quality culture that drives excellence.” We’re proud of the effort, engagement, and collaboration shown by everyone onsite, and grateful for the partners and associates who helped make the week meaningful.

Yesterday’s panel sponsored by Aligned Data Centers highlighted why I love this industry — and why spaces like the Women in Construction Conference matter so much. Every major growth story in data centers is really a story about people — especially the women who are leading, innovating, and creating opportunity across construction, engineering, and mission-critical delivery. We talked about scale, capability, and the future of talent — a common thread was clear: the future gets built by those who invest in others and lead with purpose. Proud to moderate this discussion and grateful for the perspectives around the table. We’re building big things — and doing it the right way. Thank you to Callie Gregory,Taylor Morgan, P.E., and Alex Walker for bringing such thoughtful perspectives and energy to the conversation - it was a priveldge to share the stage with you. And a huge shout out to our Aligned team members - Katya Hawkins, PHR, Amy West, Kerri Dickey, PE, and Joanna Soucy - for your preparation, partnership, and support in bringing this conversation to life. Here’s to more seats at the table, more voices in the room, and more women leading the future of construction and infrastructure. #WomenInConstruction #DataCenters #Construction #SkilledTrades #Inclusion #Innovation #Leadership #WorkforceDevelopment

“In my role, I’m responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the building, ensuring everyone has a safe and organized space for work. I try every day to bring positive energy and set the tone for the site. My goal is to make that positivity contagious to help lift someone’s spirits, brighten a tough morning, or turn a long day into a better one. Knowing that I can make even a small difference keeps me motivated and proud to do what I do.”

Hope Wellington, – College Recruiting Coordinator “I am most proud of our 2025 Intern Event this past summer. Over 170 interns flew to Atlanta, and our team hosted a three-day event with speakers, activities, and networking. It was a difficult feat that required a lot of planning, but seeing interns connect with each other was a joy to see.”
