But awareness posts alone won't keep anyone safe. So instead of adding to the noise with another corporate LinkedIn post, here are 3 things you can actually do today: 1️⃣ Find the lifeline before the crisis. If someone on your team came to you in danger, would you know who to call? Don't wait for panic to open the handbook. At Pipedrive, we've launched a central internal resource hub for moments like this. Because "I'll get back to you on that" is not a plan. 2️⃣ Notice digital bruises. Abuse isn't always physical. It's location tracking apps. It's relentless messages. It's being afraid to turn off your phone. Digital safety is physical safety. If something feels off, say something. 3️⃣ Validate the invisible. Psychological abuse, financial control and coercion leave no bruises, but the damage is real. If someone opens up to you, take it seriously. "Relationship drama" is often a warning sign. 🧡 We're lighting our office orange, launching our Women's ERG and having real conversations internally. But the real work is ongoing. Start with one thing. Then keep going.
