Rory is feeling SO ready for Thanksgiving! How about you?    A sweet and cuddly Australian Shepherd, Rory is a therapy dog who especially enjoys scratches, hugs, stealing socks, and of course, chomping on Thanksgiving leftovers. His handler Wendy shared her favorite Rory memory with us:    "Rory and I were able to meet with a patient in the children's ER. They loved Rory and were singing and talking to him. The patient set a timer for 10 minutes to make sure they ‘didn’t take too much of Rory’s time and to be sure he could visit other kids.’ When the timer went off, they hugged Rory goodbye and asked if we could come back for one more hug. Of course we did!  I was so humbled that this kiddo, who was not feeling well, was thinking of the joy Rory would bring to others and made sure they got visits as well. We will never forget that patient and their thoughtfulness.”    #TherapyDogOfTheMonth
