♻️ Reworld Waste Palm Beach joined the community in celebrating America Recycles Day! ♻️ Our team was proud to participate in this year’s event with an educational booth highlighting the importance of recycling and creative reuse. As part of the display, we introduced Remi the Whale — crafted replicas entirely from recycled file folders and paper towel rolls — to demonstrate how everyday materials can be repurposed in meaningful ways. Engaging with the community and promoting sustainability is at the heart of what we do. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to learn more about how together we can turn waste into a resource. 🌎 Stephanie A. Sushil Khadka James Coates

Over 325 cars came through our e-waste collection in Upland, PA last week, helping divert over 24,000 pounds of electronics from the landfill. Thanks to the community’s participation, we beat our goal of 15,000 pounds of e-waste – and as a result, Reworld™ will donate $20,000 to the Chester Panthers youth football and cheerleading program! Reworld™ was proud to host this event in partnership with the Pennsylvania Resources Council. Items collected included everything from TVs and laptops to curling irons, toy cars, game consoles, and more — a big win for both the environment and the community.

Today, Reworld Waste helped close the gap on food insecurity by sponsoring t-shirts and organizing a mighty team of eight volunteers for Volunteer Fairfax annual VolunteerFest. Did you know that more than 105,000 people in Northern Virginia struggle with food access? In times like these, finding ways to support our neighbors is more important than ever. Packing 75,000 meals alongside so many passionate volunteers reminded us that sustainability extends beyond environmental action — it’s also about ensuring the well-being of our communities. Every act of service, big or small, creates ripples of impact — strengthening connections and building a more resilient future for all. A heartfelt thank you to the public leaders who joined us and shared words of encouragement — Congressman James Walkinshaw, Supervisor Rodney Lusk, and Supervisor Andres Jimenez. And a special thank you to our corporate partners at Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 609, Commander Larry Krueger and his wife Jessica Krueger, for joining us in service and community spirit. Together, we’re turning purpose into progress!
