Here is HR’s worst fear about ICHRA: that their employees will log in for the first time…and immediately face 100+ plans and a mild existential crisis. The good news is that it does not have to be that way. Venteur has been on-site and virtual, helping thousands of employees understand their options and make confident choices. This week’s ICHRA Insider breaks it all down: - How to pick the right plan - How to understand your real financial risk - How to check your habits, your doctors, and your prescriptions - And how to avoid the most common mistakes we see every year If your employer just moved to ICHRA, this one is for you. 👇 Read the guide here.

The most rewarding part of Open Enrollment? Getting to sit down face-to-face with employees! 👀 Spotted: Pablo Correa and our Member Services Team are on-site with clients, offering 1:1 consultations to help employees personalize how they spend their ICHRA dollars. This is where true value is created.

Our inboxes have been full of messages from employers whose renewals just landed. Honestly, the numbers are pretty rough. We know we're biased, and we'll even admit: ICHRAs aren’t a silver bullet, but they’re one of the most practical tools available for navigating this kind of environment. You can define your budget and give your employees many more options to find a plan that fits theirs, too. Right now, ICHRAs make a ton of sense. If you want to learn more about how to deal with higher renewal rates, Venteur will host a live webinar on November 13 at 9:30 am PDT/12:30 EDT. We'll take you through a no-nonsense breakdown of what the new rates mean, how to understand them, and the options available to address them. 🔗 RSVP: https://lnkd.in/drjzUMcZ

Businesses are preparing for steep premium increases in 2026, threatening the quality and affordability of health benefits and putting business innovation at risk. This issue is particularly severe for small businesses. To help businesses and their employees thrive, Morgan Health portfolio company Venteur has partnered with the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce to launch “SF Chamber Care.” This new program allows local businesses to set defined health care budgets and offer tax-free reimbursements through Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA). For some, it provides much-needed relief amid rising health care costs. For others, it’s a pathway to providing affordable benefits for the first time. Earlier this year, JPMorganChase connected the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce and Venteur at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference, advancing the firm’s commitments to improving employer-sponsored health care and revitalizing downtown San Francisco. Morgan Health and Chase for Business continue to support small and mid-sized businesses with health care decision-making through online resources, information sessions, panel discussions and more. Visit our insights brief to learn more about this new partnership and how it could serve as a blueprint for business communities nationwide. http://spr.ly/60407TcG0

Venteur saved a 500 life non-profit $1.6 million dollars on their health insurance cost today. Hit with a 63% renewal and facing a $1.4 million increase in their health spend, they are based out of New England and have 200ish current participants enrolled all over the country. Benchmarking their funding off gold plans, their employees will save nearly $200 a month compared to their current group plan options (HDHP HSA and a PPO). These are the wins that grab attention on LinkedIn (and make all those 1am proposal re-runs worth it), but for every story like this there are so many quieter wins for smaller businesses that are just as impactful. ICHRA is the future of healthcare. 🌟 #healthcare #openenrollment #AI #fintech

Brokers: Not every client is ready to move to an ICHRA and that’s okay. But it doesn’t mean you can’t use ICHRA options to your advantage. On Nov. 5, Venteur's Director of Broker Partnerships, Jason Handley, is leading a live webinar on the topic, where he'll share how to use ICHRAs to get leverage with carriers, improve renewal outcomes, and protect your accounts, even when clients decide to stay put. We've talked to a lot of people who are curious about Individual Coverage HRAs (ICHRAs) but worried that making the switch will be difficult. We get it, but the truth is it's not as complicated as you think. On November 5, Venteur CEO Stacy Edgar is hosting a live webinar on the topic that gets into what it actually takes to move from a traditional group plan to an ICHRA. If you’ve been hearing about ICHRAs but you're not sure how the transition really works, we think you’ll want to join this one.
