America’s best and largest consumer fiber network is about to get even larger.      AT&T reached an agreement to acquire the majority of Lumen Technologies' Mass Markets fiber business. Today, that’s about 1 million customers across more than 4 million fiber locations in 11 U.S. states. New 1.5KW C-band SSPA ETL SpacePath has introduced both indoor and outdoor C-band SSPAs designed to help you upgrade your aging tube infrastructure.  ·       The powerful outdoor SSPA is suited for replacing aging indoor TWTAs, enabling service providers to eliminate long waveguide runs by installing high-power amplifiers closer to the antenna. The solid-state amplifier’s compact size and power capacity makes it ideal for operators to free-up valuable indoor rack space. ·       An indoor rack mount version is also available that is only 8RU high, making this device significantly smaller than older generations of TWTA.   The GaN BUC/SSPA delivers 1.5 kW Psat within a small form-factor, weighing just 56kg, and boasts high thermal efficiency with a mean time between failure (MTBF) rating designed for mission-critical applications, where reliability is essential.
