i-Kfz app

We want to use digital solutions to reduce bureaucracy and simplify people's everyday lives. To this end, the i-Kfz app was jointly developed by the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) and Bundesdruckerei GmbH (bdr) on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMV).

The i-Kfz app currently displays the digital vehicle registration document (DFZ). The digital driving license is also to be integrated into the i-Kfz app in the future.

Supported operating systems

iOS from version 17 (Apple devices such as iPhone) and Android from version 12 (e.g. Samsung, Google Pixel).
